Nowadays people may say ''looking out for Number One'', but is it always most necessary to follow this saying? In some cases no, in some cases yes. It has to do with the situation your life is in at the moment. For Example, when it comes to an emergency-type situation. Like a deadly one that can cost you your life. Yes, I do think it is most important to take care of yourself. But when the stakes are not on your life, I think. That yes you should help the other person first. When someone is hurt you should try your best to help them. You should also eventually help yourself, as well. Not to just completely cutout your own wishes out of your life. Being a pushover though, is defiantly not a good thing to be. You should remember that sometimes ''you do need to look out for Number One''.
